Reservations

To hold your reservation, we require a 50% deposit for the total of your stay. The initial deposit is due within a week of your booking request. The remaining 50% is to be paid at least two weeks prior to your arrival. If you are making a last minute reservation, the total amount will need to be paid in full before your arrival. Once your final payment has been received, you will receive a final confirmation with all of the details of your reservation and how to enter the condo. We cannot hold reservations without a deposit.

Cancellation

• For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, a full refund applies.
• For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, 50% of the total rate will be refunded.
• Any cancellation made within 48 hours of arrival will not be given a refund.

Cable, Internet & Other Amenities

All condos have basic cable in both the living room and bedroom, wireless interest access and other free amenities. While we offer these amenities free to our guests, we can not offer any refunds if the cable or internet network is down as sometimes outages happen and repairs are necessary.
